The Pittsburgh Penguins are gearing up to release a special cookbook to benefit charity. The wives and girlfriends of the players have collected enough delicious looking recipes to fill over 150 pages! Check out some of the photos above.
Preorders open now. Cookbooks ordered in January will start shipping in early February. This hardback cookbook is priced at $40.00.
The proceeds collected will help form a new angel fund with the monies set to be gifted to non-profits in the surrounding area.

Penguins Wives, Girlfriends Create Special Cookbook for Charity
Pre-Sale Orders for ‘Welcome to Our Table’ Available Now
Pittsburgh Penguins wives and girlfriends have created a special cookbook for charity – titled “Welcome to Our Table – with pre-sale orders available now.
Proceeds from sales of the cookbook, published in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation, will support an angel fund to benefit non-profits in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area.
The 152-page hardcover cookbook features over 70 recipes by the Penguins wives and girlfriends, who also provided their own photos and stories. “Welcome to Our Table” recipes include some of the players’ favorite dishes, such as Russian Pancakes, Beef Rydberg and Mediterranean Marinated Flank Steak, as well as health-conscious options including the Kale & Quinoa Power Salad, Gluten-Free Pizza Crust and Healthy Peanut Butter Cups.

Cookbooks are $40 each plus applicable shipping. They will not ship until February 1.
Copies of “Welcome to Our Table” will also be available for sale in-arena on game days starting on February 1 at the Penguins Foundation Stand located behind Section 104. In addition, cookbooks will be available at PensGear locations starting on February 1.
