Ringo Starr's Personal Tape Recordings From 1966 Headed To Auction

Three cassette tapes featuring previously unheard audio from Ringo Starr and The Beatles in 1966 are set to hit the auction block this month!

There is a total of 248 minutes of audio between all of the tapes, and it was all recorded while The Beatles were touring in Japan and Germany.

Ringo described the tapes as “a talking record” and they include the band discussing their set list for Japan, clips of their shows at the Budokan in Tokyo, a much more.

They are set to be auctioned off on March 26th at Omega Auctions, and you can get a little preview of some of the audio below or over on Youtube.
