Gene The Werewolf has a new song out for the holiday season this year!
It's a cover of Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and they did a great job with it.
If we're being honest.....I'm not a big fan of the Mariah Carey version....but the GTW version is great and has already made it's way into my holiday playlists!!
The song is available as part of the "A Very Yinzer Christmas" album that is out now and benefits Band Together Pittsburgh, and the live show for that is next Wednesday, December 7th at Carnegie of Homestead Music Hall. More details on the show and the album are over on the DVE concert calendar.
The band also put together a really cool music video for their version of the song, which features vintage footage of their frontman, Jon Belan, opening presents on Christmas morning when he was a kid. Check it out below or on the band's YouTube channel.
