This is just bizarre.
RB De'Veon Smith has been cut by the Pittsburgh Maulers over an incident involving chicken salad.
According to Yahoo, he requested pizza from a hotel worker instead of the chicken salad that was being served to him. The hotel worker told him he couldn’t and asked if that would be a problem. He said YES, and walked away.
No big deal, right? Wrong.
A video of him getting cut by head coach Kirby Wilson has hit the internet, in which coach cites a USFL rule that states, "Any disrespect of football or members of staff, USFL, etc. will not be tolerated."

De'Veon retweeted that and wrote, "They really just put out a lie! Y’all really should be ashamed of y’all selves."
