Bruce Arians is stepping into a new role with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
According to the Bucs website, Arians informed his coaching staff and players that he is stepping aside as the team's head coach and will take on a new role within the organization as a Senior Football Consultant.
The Buccaneers also announced they are promoting Defensive Coordinator Todd Bowles to head coach.
