Titans: Three Players & Five Personnel Test Positive For COVID-19

The Titans and Vikings are both suspending in-person club activities starting today.

The move comes after Tennessee had three players and five team personnel test positive for COVID-19.

According to Tom Pelissero from the NFL Network, "Both clubs are working closely with the NFL, the NFLPA and infectious disease experts to evaluate close contacts, perform additional testing and monitor developments."

ESPN is reporting the the Titan's facilities have been shut down until Saturday.

The NFL released a statement saying they will continue to share updates as more information becomes available. The Titans also released a statement that says they are working through the process of confirming the positive tests and will have more information tomorrow.

Of course the Titans are set to host the Steelers this Sunday. No word yet if or how this may impact that game. The Steelers released a statement saying they are proceeding as if Sunday’s game is on schedule, until told otherwise.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin's weekly Tuesday press conference was originally scheduled for 12pm today, but has been postponed until later in the day. You can watch that on the Steelers Facebook, Twitter, or listen LIVE on ESPN PGH.
