The Brothers Celebrate 50 Years Of The Allman Brothers Band

The Brothers came together Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Allman Brothers Band.

The band featured Jaimoe, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, Marc Quinones, Reese Wynans, Duane Trucks, and Chuck Leavell, and they did an impressive two set concert featuring 24 songs.

The show was Jaimoe's idea (one of only two original members left). Dickey Betts was asked to be part of it, but he has some medical issues that prevented him from participating.
