Footage of the Bengals sideline being filmed by a videographer hired by the Patriots last week was aired on Sunday by Fox Sports.
The 90 second clip (below) shows the sideline being filmed, and you can also hear the confrontation between Bengals security and the Patriots videographer.
The Patriots say the video crew was there to film footage for a documentary about a scout. However, as the Bengals security pointed out: "Come on, guys! I don't see the advance scout in this footage."
The NFL is currently investigating the mater.
