Kurt Cobain Was Only Ever In Pittsburgh Once

Nirvana played Grafitti, Baum Blvd. in Oakland once, in September of 1991. Pretty much nobody knew yet who these 3 guys were from Seattle, though that would quickly change! Kurt, pissed off about something that night, set a couch on fire downstairs, under the stage, where the dressing room was at Grafitti.. The Fire Dept. was called, but Nirvana still took the stage that night! They never came back to Pittsburgh.
