Black Sabbath's Debut Album Released Today 1970

Black Sabbath's BEST album ever (just my own opinion!) was released today in 1970. Titled simply "Black Sabbath," it was recorded in A SINGLE DAY in October of 1969! IN JUST 12 HOURS! We have audio at DVE with Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler recalling how back then, 48 years ago, musicians weren't allowed to participate in the "mixing" process in the recording studio. Nor were musicians (unless you were The Beatles or The Stones) back then allowed to to do endless takes on songs. The 1st Black sabbath album was literally recorded "live," with very few overdubs, and almost every song WAS A 1ST TAKE! Amazing...The 1st Black Sabbath album came out today in England in 1970. Title track, The Wizard, The WASP, some of the band's best stuff EVER.
