The White Album sessions were happening at Abbey Road Studios, 1968, George Harrison couldn't quite get the "right" guitar sound he was looking for on a song he wrote, "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," so George calls his pal Eric Clapton to give it a try (Cream was just about ready to do it's "Farewell Tour").
