The Empire Polo Field in Indio, California, has been the site of some giant rock festivals in recent years, but for he first time, the focus will be on hard rock and metal--the long awaited Power Trip Festival starts tonight with two bonafide headliner quality bands each doing headliner-length sets onstage. Tonight, it'll be Iron Maiden taking the stage first, followed by Guns n Roses. Tomorrow, it's Judas Priest followed by AC/DC. And Sunday, Tool is onstage first, followed by Metallica.
