Judging from last night's kick off t the Pretenders new tour at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City, tomorow night's show with the Pretenders opening for Guns n Roses at PNC Park should be interesting, to say the least....Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders had said on Facebook recently if you come to a Pretenders show, expect "punk rock and no hits." ...From last night's set list, she held pretty true to that....The band played "Precious" and "Tattooed Love Boys" from their debut album, a couple of new tunes leading up to the release of their new album, "Relentless" arriving September 15th, and about 14 other tunes....here's more about the first night of the Pretenders tour that continues at PNC Park tomorrow night with Guns n Roses, as well as the set list from last night: https://ultimateclassicrock.com/pretenders-new-york-city-show/
