So many lawsuits have been flying over the years among the current and former members of Journey, you wonder how the guys still in the band can stand to be onstage together, but here's the latest: Neil Schon is suing the guy who controls the band with him, Jonathan Cain, contending that Cain is denying him access to an American Express account that controls major operations of Journey. Schon says Cain opened the account without him, and repeatedly assures Schon he'll give him access to the card and all documents associated with it, but then never does. And a bunch of other allegations are thrown in as well...a preliminary heaing on all this is set for March of next year.
