Pat Simmons, guitarist/vocalist/original member of the Doobie Brothers is loving touring with both the major Doobie vocalists on the 50th anniversary tour that hits the Pavilion at Star Lake July 9th....he says having both guys on the tour and showcasing songs from both of their respective Doobies eras makes it really great for the audience and band alike, and that the band's having a great time playing McDonald's songs, because "we haven't played it for so long." And he's super thankful for this tour: "This is one of those memorable moments in my life and career, having these two guys playing with me. It's certainly something I'll carry with me forever."
