Eddie Van Halen was one of those superstars who never had a problem jumping onstage and jamming with other bands if they asked him, but some of the pair-ups were way unexpected.....like the time in February of 1982, he jumped up onstage and did "Wild Thing" with Chrissie Hynde....or wailed away with the Babys' John Waite on "Head First" back in November of '84....there was a bunch of appearances on David Letterman, and yep, the one show in Dallas in the summer of 1984 where Eddie hit the stage to do his famous solo on "Beat It" during the Jacksons' Victory Tour....check out 19 of those EVH cameos here.
