Queen First Band to Be on a British Coin

Are the British going overboard with their love and reverence to Queen (the band, not the monarch)? Designer for the Royal Mint, Chris Facey, doesn't think so.he created the first ever British coin with a band on it--and it was released today by the Royal Mint.
