Pretty much everybody has an opinion on Lev Bell not showing up to sign his franchise tag and joining the Steelers like he said he was going to.....then he said he'd show up this current bye week...and hasn't so far...on one sports show on Fox Sports, two ex-players have opposite takes on this, and Cris Carter seems to be the one we all think got it right...
