He has his guitar tuned, and his voice is ready. The crowd was instructed to stand and remove their hats before the singing of the Star Spangled Banner in Edmonton before the Oilers/Ducks game (they sing both anthems before games with a Canadian team).
But, the microphone wasn't in good shape. Canadian country musician discovered that there seemed to be a malfunction. No worries...the 18,000 Canadians put together an excellent rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner for their guests from Anaheim.
