Mötley Crüe Announces New Touring Guitarist

Yesterday we got word that Mötley Crüe guitarist Mick Mars will no longer be touring with the band due to his "ongoing painful struggle with Ankylosing Spondylitis (A.S.)."

He will remain a member of the band, but for touring, Mötley Crüe has announced that John 5 will be joining them on the road to fill Mick's spot in the band moving forward.

They released an official statement this afternoon that you can read below, or over on Twitter.

Next year Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard are set to hit the road overseas for their World Tour.
