AB Says Bucs Tried To Pay Him $200k To Commit To Mental Health Treatment

Antonio Brown and his lawyer were interviewed on HBO's "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel" on Tuesday night.

Real Sports shared a short clip from the segment on Twitter, in which AB talked about taking toradol shots for his ankle injury.

He also said the Buccaneers tried to make an agreement with him and give him $200,000 to "go to the crazy house."

His lawyer, Sean Burstyn jumped in after that answer, and added, "The offer was Antonio would basically sit on the sidelines, go on some list and commit himself to some form of intensive mental health treatment, and we were specifically told in writing by the general manager twice, 'Don't spin this any other way.'"

Gumble asked Brown, "Do you think you need mental help of any kind?"

AB's answer: "I have mental wealth."
