Pink Floyd, Grand Funk, Creedence, The Guess Who, Humble Pie, The Doors, The Cars, Great White, Yes, The J. Geils Band, The Drifters, The Coasters, Talking Heads, the list goes on of Rock/Pop bands who fall apart then sue each other over the band's name and who gets to use it. Today in 2005, John Densmore, The Doors drummer, won a lawsuit preventing the other 2 remaining Doors, Ray Manzarek & Robby Krieger, from calling themselves The Doors, without John Densmore in the line-up.
