Sting Donates His Polar Music Prize $$$ To Charity

Sting donated his Polar Music Prize cash ($118K) to a Swedish charity (not that he definately didn't need the cash himself!  He doesn't!)...Past recipients of The Polar Music Prize include Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, among many others...The King of Sweden himself hands over the award every June to that year's winner...Getty Images  Sting Polar Music Prize
