Betty Rich attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy graduating in 1992. She co-owned Fisher’s Specialty Pharmacy until they sold in 2003 and then co-founded Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals, which sold in 2010. Betty received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the upstate NY and Western PA Region in the Health & Life Sciences category along with her partners from Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals.
In 2012, Betty and her business partner, Michael Fox, set out to create a health and wellness model that better serves patients. Connected Health is proactive, preventative, and patient-centered primary care with a mission to help patients reach their health and wellness goals.
Connected Health provides patients with a wide variety of professionals that include a primary care physician, pharmacist, nutritionist, top of the line fitness center and physical therapist.
Connected Health’s concierge care model incorporates the type of services and benefits that today’s health care consumers want and are compatible with their lifestyle and expectations.

Betty is from Pittsburgh, married with two kids and lives in Fox Chapel. Betty has served on the boards of various companies and charities.
