Patriots Finally Had Karma Catch Up in SB52

In the best example of Karma landing square between the eyes (and on the scoreboard for the opposition), the Patriots finally had a penalty no-call go against them at the tail-end of the 2nd quarter of the Super Bowl.

The Pats defense was absolutely lost on the Eagles’ trick-play TD to quarterback Nick Foles, and perhaps the refs were lost, too...according to a New England media outlet.


While the play was perfectly executed, it probably shouldn’t have counted, according to NESN (New England Sports Network) writer Adam London. He claims there should have been an illegal formation penalty called against Philly.
