Actor and comedian Charlie Murphy passed away in a New York City hospital today after a battle with leukemia. The actor had been undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
The older brother of Eddie Murphy became popular during "Chappelle's Show," where his "Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories" sketches chronicled his misadventures with celebrities like Prince and Rick James.
Family members told TMZ they're absolutely shocked because they thought he was getting better.
