New Music for September

Here comes a big bunch of new classic rock albums and classic rock deluxe reissues, as well as a bunch of rock books getting you ready for the holiday gift giving season. As for purely new material releases, you've got Neil Young's "Second Song", Europe's "Come This Madness," and Anthrax's "Cursum Perficio." As for fancy expanded re-releases, there's are soo many, including Phil Collins 45th anniversary edition of "Face Value" called "Face Value, Full Value", a four album package. There's a big David Bowie package called "The Shel Talmy Recordings" highlighting his pre-1967 recordings, with appearances by Jimmy Page, Nicky Hopkins, and others. There's also a 60th anniversary super deluxe edition of Frank Zappa's "Freak Out!" coming next month.
