See how many of these rock songs and albums you hate. Over the years, bands and artists people love have thrown out there a tune or album that's a klunker--and sometimes a song will be loved and hated at the same time. Case in point: Starship's "We Built This City." It went to #1, but is despised by tons of Starship fans. Aerosmith's "Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" from the movie "Armageddon" was another number 1 song, but is such a sweet pop ballad written by pop music composer Dianne Warren, and sooo different from what made Aerosmith famous, it turned off a lot of the fans. Other stinkers: the Gregg Allman/Cher album "Two the Hard Way," recorded during their two-year marriage, Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire," (another love/hate song) and Kiss's attempt at an art-rock concept album, "Music From the Elder."
