Jon Bon Jovi was just honored by Pollstar Live with the "Milestone Award," and during the ceremony, he told everybody just exactly what he's been dealing with the past two years. He told the audience one of his vocal chords "has literally atrophied," and he underwent a procedure called "medialization" performed by a doctor in Philadelphia, where, Jon explains, a plastic implant was inserted in his throat, and he's been rehabbing for two years. Jon performed for the first time since the surgery at this event, and says getting on the road again would be great, but "if I can't be great, I'm out."
