Rock and Roll Hall Co-Founder Jann Wenner Out After Interview Comments

The co-founder of both Rolling Stone magazine and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jann Wenner, has lost his seat on the Rock Hall Board of Directors, one day after an interview was published in the New York Times to promote his new book, "Masters." When asked why he didn't interview or include and women or blacks in the rock figures he chose to interview and include, Wenner said no women were "articulate enough on this intellectual level." And black artists "just didn't articulate at that level."
