With more of us traveling by plane now than we had for a very long time, James Barrett of Redbook.com decided to ask flight attendants, without identifying them, to tell him what are some of the things passengers should never order during the flight....He says they came right out with a few biggies for them: Don't get ice--one attendant said their ice comes in large bags that need banged to break it up, and the bags break sometime. Also, the ice bins and scoopers aren't cleaned often, according to this guy. Also, don't order Diet Coke. An attendant says all carbonated beverages take longer for the fizz to die down while they are serving you, but for some reason, Diet Coke takes way longer that the other fizzy drinks, and it'll take you forever to get your drink, and holds the attendant up from serving others....The there's the thing they say happens when you order alcoholic drinks at high altitudes--you get more loaded. So watch ordering the doubles, or triples, as this attendant says, especially when people are in First Class, and the drinks are free....here's more about those, and why you shouldn't order the fish on a plane: https://www.aol.com/lifestyle/asked-flight-attendants-never-order-182000128.html
