No one should be surprised that even after an emergency trip to the hospital before Poison was set to hit the stage in Nashville on Thursday night for the stadium tour with Def Leppard and Motley Crue, forcing him to miss that show, he exited the hospital and hit the stage Saturday in the rain in Jacksonville, doing a shortened 7 song set as opposed to the 11 tunes Poison had been doing on the Stadium Tour. Michaels is famous for plowing through physical adversity, and although this time around, Bret did not reveal the reason for the hospital stay, he's a type-1 diabetic, has had a hole in his heart replaced, and suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2010...he posted a video Saturday before the Jacksonville show saying "I'm not feeling my Sunday best, but I'm gonna keep rockin': I'm gonna burn it."
