The staff of UltimateClassicRock.com has compiled their list of the 40 greatest rock singers from the years between 1965 and 1999. They say their criteria were the singer's "talent, merit, style, stage presence, and lasting influence." Well, some of these rankings look to be spot on, but see what you think about Jeff Buckley beating out Janice Joplin and Pat Benatar, Bruce Dickinson beating out Paul Rodgers, Joni Mitchell beating out all but 5 other people and more.....here's the list, and the staff's reasoning behind each pick.
