These days, a lot of the classic bands you've loved for a long time often look a lot different personnel-wise than you remember, and in some cases, none of the original members are even with the band anymore, because of band discord, death of band members or people just moving on...some bands are still on good enough terms with each other to meet briefly at awards shows, like when Yes has inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017--singer Jon Anderson and others appeared and performed on stage, but he and the rest of the founding members are long gone, including bassist Chris Squire, who passed away in 2015....and the most recent members of Quiet Riot got together to pay tribute to original drummer Frankie Banali, who died of cancer in 2020, when a statue was unveiled at an L.A. Restaurant in his honor--appearing were Alex Grossi, Jizzy Pearl, Johnny Kelly, and Rudy Sarzo...Singer Kevin Dubrow had been gone from the band--passing away in 2007 of a cocaine overdose, and Banali had been the constant amidst lineup changes....so if you're wondering the next time you go to a concert to see your favorite band if you're gonna see anybody who was original with the band, check out these 13 bands that may or may not have anybody you remember.
