Charlie Watts told has told everyone he has to skip the Rolling Stones Fall tour because of a recent "successful" medical procedure that requires rest and recuperation, so he happily recommended a guy revered not only by the Stones, but tons of the biggest rock bands out there, Steve Jordan, to take his place. Jordan's a drummer/producer/songwriter that Charlie Watts spotted playing in the late '70s on Saturday Night Live, and has been musically involved with the Stones since the mid 80's, as well as Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Stevie Nicks, Don Henley, John Mellencamp, Donald Fagen, Rod Stewart and more....here's more about Steve Jordan from Charlie and Keith and others.
