10 Things You May Not Know Abut Elvis Costello

Think you know a lot about Elvis Costello? Maybe you know his real name is Declan MacManus, but how 'bout that his first name (duh) comes from Elvis Presley, but his last name, Costello, was his dad's stage name....that he and Huey Lewis shared two band mates during their formative years--both keyboardist Sean Hopper and guitarist John McFee were in a San Francisco Band "Clover," but later played on Costello's "My Aim is True" album, and were also in Huey Lewis's band "The News"...McFee would then move on to the Doobie Brothers.....and that Elvis was pissed he wasn't offered a record deal with CBS Records, so he played live outside a CBS Records Convention in London...the cops arrested him, but the label took otice and ended up signing him.... here's more about all that, plus more little known Elvis Costello facts.
