How the Doors Learned What "Mr. Mojo Risin" Was

In the song L.A. Woman, who the heck is "Mr. Mojo Risin'"? And why the heck is he called that? Apparently the three members of the Doors that aren't Jim Morrison had no clue, according to Doors drummer John Densmore, until after they had finished recording the now famous song....in a recent interview, Densmore says that when they were done recording, Morrison calls everybody over and says "check this out"....he writes Mr. Mojo Risin', and draws arrows around the letters....turns out it's an anagram of the name Jim Morrison (rearrange the letters, and it comes out Jim Morrison)...more about this and more from John Densmore here: https://ultimateclassicrock.com/doors-mr-mojo-risin/
