Steely Dan's Donald Fagen & Wife of Walter Becker Legally Feuding

Seems that after the death of Steely Dan co-founder Walter Becker in September of an aggressive cancer, his wife sent a letter to bandmate Donald Fagen saying she was going to take over Walter's 50% ownership of the band. Fagen says there's an agreement drafted back in the 70's saying the remaining  band members can buy out the shares of the band from anybody who quits or dies.
