Ritchie Sambora celebrated his 66th birthday Friday by releasing a new song, and also providing an update on what was a surgery that was kept quiet back in May to repair two broken bones in his hand stemming from touch football--the accident was in April, but because he didn't want to miss performing at a Kentucky Derby Gala May 2nd that he regularly does--he actually played the event with the badly broken hand, then had surgery afterwards, where the hand had to be "re-broken" to repair it properly. After posting his new song Friday, Ritchie also posted "Hey everyone--I'm almost back!" "Thank you my friends and fans all over the world for the love, support, and faith to listen." Here's more, including Ritchie's new song "Born to Rock": https://ultimateclassicrock.com/richie-sambora-emergency-surgery/
