After a Steelers win, I love to check out the sports media in the city of our opponent and see what they say went wrong with their team... in the case of yesterday's Steelers 44-38 win over the Bengals in Cincinnati, sports columnist Jason Williams, he put the blame for the Bengals' current state at 4-8 overall squarely on the tiny Bengals personnel staff--those who seek out prospective draft picks. He calls the score of yesterday's game "27-6"; the number of people the Steelers have in their player personnel department vs. the 6 employees in the Bengals department. He adds even though the Bengals got hot in 2021 and 2022 because they lucked into franchise quarterback Joe Burrow, they haven't drafted well enough, particularly on defense, to support Burrow...here's more from a pretty cool column from Jason Williams from the Cincinnati Enquirer: https://www.cincinnati.com/story/sports/columnists/jason-williams/2024/12/01/bengals-nfl-playoff-chances-steelers-schedule/76664959007/
