What a difference a week makes....yes, it's early in the season, and things and fortunes do go up and down, but here's where we stand, according to ESPN.com, with the NFL power rankings after four weeks of play: The king? still Kansas City. The goat? As of today, New England. Steelers, after taking their first loss in a game where the defense was absolutely flat, falling 7 spots to #13. The Ravens, tho, jump 7 places to #7. The Bengals hold steady at #24, and the Browns dump down four spots to #27.
