The Steelers have signed QB Joshua Dobbs and safety Sean Davis.
The Steelers traded Dobbs to Jacksonville after Week 1 last season, but he didn't see any playing time there. He was released by the Jaguars on Saturday 9/5.
Davis left the Steelers this offseason via free agency and signed with Washington, but was waived when he didn't make their 53-man roster this weekend.
To make room on the 53 man roster for Dobbs and Riley, the Steelers cut QB Devlin Hodges and safety Curtis Riley.
