The PA Department of Health announced an additional 103 positive cases of COVID-19 in the state, as of 12 am, 3/21/20. This brings the statewide total to 371 across 28 counties. They confirm all individuals are either in isolation at home or at a hospital. 3,766 have tested negative.
Additionally, Allegheny County is reporting it's first death related to COVID-19. This is the second in the state.

- Butler County - 1 presumptive positive
- Beaver County - 3
- Washington County - 5
- Allegheny County - 31 with 1 death
- Westmoreland County - 4
