Jim Rooney called in this week to talk about his new book, "A Different Way To Win: Dan Rooney’s Story, from the Super Bowl to the Rooney Rule."
The book is about his father, the late Dan Rooney, and looks at four different parts of his dad's life: his work in the NFL, how he transformed the Steelers of the 1970s, the work he did in Ireland, and the Rooney Rule. Jim said it took about two and a half years to complete the book, during which he interviewed about 50 people, including Joe Greene, who wrote the forward.
