Officer Derek Kotecki was a K9 Officer in the City of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania and was killed in the line of duty. The committee will be holding our 7th annual Memorial Golf Outing and Bands in Blue Concert on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 at the Hillcrest Country Club in Lower Burrell. In addition, we will be holding our "Baskets for the Blue" basket raffle & Vendor Show while the golfers are out on the green! This event is open to the public and will be held inside from 1pm-5pm!
All proceeds benefit the Officer Derek Kotecki Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund offers nine scholarships each year to the Burrell, New Kensington-Arnold, and Kiski Area school districts combined.
