Banner Thomas was his name, he played bass on all of Molly Hatchet's early hits beginning in the late '70's..."Flirtin with Disaster," 'Gator Country," Banner also co-wrote many of Molly Hatchet's songs...sadly, there will be a benefit concert sometime soon in Jacksonville, to help defray Banner's medical and funeral bills....since 1979, there have been 27 musicians in and out of Molly Hatchet...in the band image below, Banner is lower left...
