It's seemed in recent years that David Lee Roth may not have enough left in the tank to carry and complete a solo tour, but his 27 city tour began this past Thursday outside of Spokane, Washington, with 5 back up singers to help pump up his vocals. He did lotsa Van Halen staples, including opening with "Panama, and later on, pulling out the rarely performed "Little Dreamer," and even Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind."
