Rod Stewart Now Says He's Not Giving Up Performing Rock Songs

Last month, Rod Stewart told the BBC and other interviewers he would quit doing his rock hits in concert after 2023, preferring to move onto other genres of music he loves, like the standards of the World War II era, and the standards of George Gershwin and others, as well as recording swing and hitting the road with Boy George and Culture Club....after what must have been a huge reaction perhaps of fans, Rod has gone on twitter and said he will indeed sing his famous rock song s in the future: "I could never turn my back on the songs I've written for 6 decades." And "they are like my children. I created them and I love them."
