One day after the Steelers lost inside linebacker Robert Spillane to the Raiders in free agency, they picked up former Washington Commanders captain and inside linebacker Cole Holcomb for three years, pending the results of a physical today. He's 6'1", 240 pounds, was drafted in the 5th round by the Commanders in the 2019 draft, and played seven games for them last season before having season-ending foot surgery. If the physical works out, he'll join Myles Jack and Mark Robinson as inside linebackers for the Steelers. Here's more.
