5 Drunken Onstage Rocker Moments

Rockers performing onstage drunk or impaired in some way is nothing new, or surprising...but some events thru the years are still remembered, especially if there's video available....like Eddie Van Halen, on the final date of the 2004 reunion tour with Sammy Hagar, was loaded and smashed up his guitar before leaving the stage...or Peter Criss, who gets one chance during a Kiss concert to come out from behind the drum kit to the front of the stage and sing his song "Beth"--one night, loaded, he forgets the words to his own song....Keith Moon, in 1973, at a show outside of San Francisco, had taken animal tranquilizers, and almost made it thru the show, until the climactic "Won't Get Fooled Again", when there was no more drumming, because he had passed out on his drums. He gets carried off, and Pete Townsend gets a fan to come up and finish the song on drums...here's some video of a few of those instances, plus more on a night Ozzie, loaded, brought up a loaded fan to sing with him, stuff on one of those nights from the Stones' Ron Wood, and more.
